Kaeppel Consulting is in immediate need of 3 IT Operations Analysts to support one of our preferred clients on-site in Erie, PA.  The anticipated duration of this position is one year.

Contracted resources will perform administrative and operational support functions under the direction of ATSS administrators and leadership. 


Skill Sets Needed

  • Familiarity with Service Now Requests and intake 
  • Familiarity with Infoblox, Asset Management 
  • Familiarity with general networking & Systems Administration 
  • Login into servers, network devices, and software to perform: 
  • Configuration 
  • Backups 
  • Firmware updates 
  • Software updates 
  • Create backup configuration files 
  • Software installation 
  • Documentation 
  •  Configure & Troubleshoot Network: 
  • Devices 
  • Servers 
  • Client Application 
  • Application specific workstations 
  • Point of contact for dedicated systems, servers, applications, and software. 
  • Collaborate with CP&M departments with creating SOPs & Process Documents 

Asset Management 
  • Configure and prepare assets for deployment  
  • Support asset procurement, receiving, and inventory processes  
  • Maintain asset lifecycle documentation  
  • Assist with asset decommissioning and disposal activities  
Administrative Operations 
  • Submit and track move, add, and change requests  
  • Perform recurring maintenance activities  
  • Execute documentation audits and remediation efforts  
  • Maintain operational records and task tracking  

Support Services 
  • Provide administrative "hands-and-feet" support  
  • Deliver departmental Tier 1 application support  
  • Perform Tier 1 ticket triage and fulfillment  
  • Escalate issues to appropriate technical resources as needed  
Operational Excellence 
  • Support preventative maintenance initiatives  
  • Assist with compliance-related activities  
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement efforts  
  • Support knowledge management and cross-training initiatives  
Under close supervision, this individual is responsible for the review, analysis and optimization of related aspects of current and future processes. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by assisting in evaluation, development, and support for the implementation of recommended process and system changes. Duties and Responsibilities Analyzes, defines and documents process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement. Participates in the development of future business processes needed to support new products and/or services. Documents future processes to determine how to proactively improve current business for the development of future procedures and models. Examines processes holistically to understand the impact of changes to people, strategy, systems and general business operations. Generates and compiles reports, complete with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures. Assists in building the business case for a process or system change and provides input into the change management and implementation.
